These will help you reduce overspending and can also create professional customer contracts. This will allow you to focus on the job budget and properly handle financials when scope changes. |
| 10:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. CST | Managing your projects’ financials | The second class focuses on how you can keep a close eye on how your production and financials ebb and flow during a project. We’ll highlight job costing features and how to properly manage invoicing your clients. Time and money saved will keep your office and clients happy. |
| 11:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. CST | Workshop | Collaborate with industry peers to get the most out of each job using Buildertrend’s financial tools. We’ll help you establish a proper estimates process to ensure financial success on every job and that you’re correctly tracking job costs. Estimating is simplified using the right mix of known costs, bids from trade partner and selection pricing information. Plus, we’ll show you how creating purchase orders can be done a variety of ways to track your actual costs and schedule payments. |
