| 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. CST | Bringing the field and office together | The first class is designed to introduce the best practices for fostering proper documentation and communication on each job daily. Implementation of these workflows will bridge the gap from field to office and between your team and your clients and trade partners. |
| 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. CST | Engaging your customer | The second class focuses on features that will engage your client from the start of the project to completion day. We will demonstrate how you stay in control of what information your client has access to, and how and when they access it. This class will provide results to keep your clients happy and informed. |
| 11:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. CST | Workshop | The classes in our “Better communication with Buildertrend” conference session centered around two themes: engaging your clients and bridging the gap from field to office. Better communication in our system is all about seamlessly connecting everyone involved in a job to everything they needed. In this workshop, you’ll learn easily applicable methods to implement these themes into your business. |
